Scope
This policy covers minndhoney.com only. When you order, part of the process happens on a checkout page run by our authorised retail partner. That page is governed by their policy, not this one, and it will say so before you enter anything into it.
Who we are

The three things that reach us

Your card number is not on that list and never will be. It goes to our retail partner's encrypted checkout and does not travel through us at any point.
What it is used for
- Answering support messages and handling refund requests.
- Keeping the site up and investigating abuse, scraping or fraud.
- Understanding in aggregate which pages get read, so the weak ones can be improved.
- Meeting the record-keeping obligations the law places on us.
Three things we will not do
- We will not sell it. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone at any price.
- We will not market to you because you wrote to us about an order.
- We will not build an advertising profile from how you move around this site.
Cookies, plainly
Some are strictly necessary for pages to render. The rest count visits without trying to work out who you are. Every current browser lets you block or clear both from its settings, and this site works perfectly well if you do.
Who else handles it
Three kinds of provider: the company hosting this site, the provider carrying our support email, and the retail partner who takes payment and ships the parcel. Each may use what they see only to deliver that service to us. Beyond those, we disclose only where a law or valid legal process requires it.
How long it stays
Support correspondence: up to 24 months, so a follow-up message does not mean starting from scratch. Server logs: a much shorter period, for security only. After that, deletion.
Your rights
Depending where you live you may be able to request a copy, a correction, an erasure, or to object to a particular use. Email support@minndhoney.com; we reply inside 30 days. We may verify who you are first, which exists to protect you rather than to delay you.
Under-18s
Mind Honey is sold to adults and is not suitable for anyone under 18. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly hold their information. Tell us if you believe otherwise and it will be removed.
Changes to this page
A revision updates the date at the top. Material changes are flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
